SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Orders are Usually Shipped in 1-5 business days. We Use USPS Priority Mail and Fed Ex Ground for delivery. Allow 10 days from the time your payment is made for standard delivery within the U.S. and 14 business days for standard international delivery.

Please Notify Us if You are in a rush and we'll do our best to meet your request! There will be an additional shipping charge for rush orders, the amount of which is dependent on the service necessary to meet your request.



DISCONTINUED OR OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:

Affordable Elegance Bridal works with our Wholesalers to only advertise products that are readily available and apologize if a product is back ordered, out of stock, or discontinued.

If a popular item is out of stock when you order it, Affordable Elegance Bridal will notify you by e-mail ASAP and will let you know when the item will be available. When contacted, you will have the option to wait until the item is available, choose another item, or be refunded for that item.

RETURN POLICY GUIDELINES:

Replacing Damaged Items: All pieces are inspected for quality at the time of shipping, but if something has been missed or if damage to an item occurs during shipping, please contact us at affordableelegancebridal@yahoo.com within 24 hours of receipt. Affordable Elegance will then gladly replace the damaged item if it is received within 7 days.

Return Policy Guidelines: Affordable Elegance Bridal accepts returns within 7 days of delivery of the customer's purchase. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns with a minimum $5.00 charged. Refund is minus the actual shipping & handling costs incurred to ship to the buyer. Buyer must receive prior authorization for the return from Affordable Elegance.

How to Complete a Return:

- E-mail affordableelegancebridal.@yahoo.com. Once the customer's return is approved, the customer will be sent an address & Return # to be printed on the outside of the return package. All items must be in their original boxes and packaging and be unused to complete the return and receive credit for the order.

-Customer has 7 days to complete a return once approved.

-Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable.

-Orders that received free shipping will receive the refund minus the actual shipping costs.

-Return postage is the customer's responsibility. Affordable Elegance suggests you insure your package for your protection.

2) How much is your shipping? Shipping by USPS Priority Mail is FREE within the U.S. including APO and FPO addresses. We also offer low International Shipping Rates via USPS Priority Mail International. All customs and duties are the responsibility of the International buyer.

4) What type Payment do you accept? We Accept payment through Paypal.

5) When should I expect my order to be delivered? Orders within the U.S. are usually delivered within 10 days. International orders are usually delivered within 10-14 business days.
