SHIPPING INFORMATION:Orders are Usually Shipped in 3-5 business days with U.S. delivery in 7-10 days by USPS Priority Mail (or UPS for favors). However, the delivery time for custom made items is 2-3 weeks and out of stock items may be up to 10 weeks.
Please contact us before purchase if you need your items in less than 10 days. (Rush fees may apply.)International Shipments are usually made by USPS Priority Mail and take 10-15 business days (2 - 3 weeks) for standard delivery. DISCONTINUED OR OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:Affordable Elegance Bridal works with our Wholesalers to only advertise products that are readily available or soon to be available, and we apologize if a product is back ordered, out of stock, or discontinued by the time you place your order.
If a popular item is out of stock when you order it, Affordable Elegance Bridal will notify you by e-mail ASAP and will let you know when the item will be available. When contacted, you will have the option to wait until the item is available, choose another item, or be refunded for that item.
RETURN POLICY GUIDELINESPlease note that it is customary in the Bridal Industry not to accept returns on Bridal accessories. Most bridal shops and many bridal websites do not allow returns of any kind. We have decided, instead, to implement a return policy with certain restrictions and fees. Please review these policies before placing your order.
Replacing Damaged Items: All pieces are inspected for quality at the time of shipping, but if something has been missed or if damage to an item occurs during shipping, please contact us at affordableelegancebridal@yahoo.com within 24 hours of receipt of the item. Affordable Elegance will then gladly replace the damaged item with the same style if the return is received by us within 5 days. In this case, will pay shipping both ways and will not charge you any fee.
After 24 hours of receipt, Affordable Elegance Bridal can not accept claims.
Return Policy: Affordable Elegance Bridal accepts returns on selected items if we are contacted within 5 days of delivery of the customer's purchase and if we approve the return. Item must be mailed to us within 5 days of return approval. There is a 25% restocking fee on all approved returns with a minimum $5.00 charged. Refund is also minus the actual shipping & handling costs incurred to ship to the buyer. Item must be returned to us in new, unused and unaltered condition. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item condition once we receive it. Merchandise that is returned in non-sellable condition will be sent back to the customer. Buyer must receive prior authorization for the return from Affordable Elegance by emailing us at affordableelegancebridal@yahoo.com.
Exceptions to Return Policy:Items that can not be returned or exchanged include, but are not limited to, the following:

Wedding Veils, Earrings, Hats, Wedding accessory sets, Shoes and flip flops, Monogram Cake Toppers, Toasting Glasses, Cake Knife and Server Sets, items marked as Sale and or Deal of the Day, and all engraved and Custom Made items.
How to Complete a Return:- E-mail affordableelegancebridal.@yahoo.com within 5 days of receiving the item. If the customer's return is approved, the customer will be given a Return # to be printed on the outside of the return package. All items must be in their original boxes and packaging and be in new, unused condition to complete the return and receive credit for the order.
-Customer has 5 days to complete a return once approved. Please return in a Box, by Priority Mail and email us the tracking number.
-Items must be received by us within 5 days of approval in new, unaltered and unused condition, in original packaging. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item for condition once we receive it.
-Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable.
-Orders that received free shipping will receive the refund less restocking fee, minus the actual shipping costs that we incurred to ship the item to you.
-Return postage is the customer's responsibility. Affordable Elegance requests that you receive a tracking number and send that number to us and we suggest that you insure your package for your protection.
-Exceptions to return Policy Include, but are not limited to: Veils and hats, earrings, wedding Favors, place card holders, wedding accessory sets, Shoes and Flip Flops, monogram cake toppers, Toasting Glasses, Cake Knife and Server Sets, Sale items.
-Refund will be made by the method of payment used for purchase and will be less the actual shipping costs and less a 25% restocking fee.
Affordable Elegance Bridal is not able to accommodate the purchase of multiple items in anticipation of returning them. (Such as purchasing several tiaras in anticipation of returning all but one.) We will not accept returns on more than one of the same type item and no more than 2 total items are allowed per return. We will instead be happy to work with you to help you pick the best item for you.
EXCHANGE POLICY GUIDELINES:An exchange must be done with pre-approval from Affordable Elegance. Please email us with your request within 5 days of receiving the item. If approved, the item must be received within 5 days and item being returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee with a minimum of $5, original shipping cost we incurred and an additional shipping fee will be applied to the new item. Exchanges can only be made one time. Items that are not returnable are also not exchangeable. All other guidelines of returns apply.

2) How much is your U.S. shipping? Shipping by USPS Priority Mail or UPS (for favors, place card holders, accessory sets) is FREE within the U.S. including APO and FPO addresses. Additional shipping fees are required for favors and place card holders and wedding accessory sets being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
3) Do you ship to APO and FPO Addresses? Yes, We'd love to! Shipping is FREE within the U.S. including APO and FPO addresses!
4) How much is International Shipping? We offer low International Shipping Rates via USPS Priority Mail International. We have our shipping rates to Canada, Australia and the UK on the shipping cart. For other countries, please email us for our shipping rates.
The exact shipping cost is determined by the weight of your purchase. Please note that All customs, taxes and duties are not included in the shipping fee and are the responsibility of the International buyer.
The exceptions to international shipping are our favors and place card holders, wedding accessory sets, and cake server sets which ship to the U.S. and Canada only.
5) Will my International Shipment be subject to Customs fees? Yes, For all buyers outside the U.S., all customs, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the International buyer. The purchase price is listed on the customs forms as the Item's Value.
6) When should I expect my order to be delivered? Orders within the U.S. are usually delivered within 7-10 days. The exceptions to this are the custom made veils and hats and Symphony Bridal Veils which take about two weeks -two months additional for production time. If for some reason delivery is expected to be longer than 10 days, we will notify you asap. International orders are usually delivered within 14-15 business days (2 1/2 - 3 weeks).
7) I am in a hurry - can I rush my order? Yes, Please email us at affordableelegancebridal@yahoo.com with your wear date and we'll be glad to work with you! There will be an additional fee for rush orders. If faster processing time or expedited mail services are necessary to deliver your items by your wear date, then additional charges will be applied.
8) Do you accept returns? Yes, with a few exceptions - including our veils and hats, , place card holders, favors and wedding accessory sets, shoes and monogram cake toppers, shoes, earrings and Sale items. Please review our "Return Policy Guidelines" above for all return guidelines, exceptions and associated fees.
