U.S. and International Shipping
Our U.S. Shipping is Free for all products to all 48 contiguous U.S. states. No minimum purchase is required! Most products also ship free to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico - with the exception of heavier items including unity candles, favors, and centerpieces. (This is usually noted on the item page.)
Orders are usually delivered in 7-10 days by USPS Priority Mail, Fed Ex Ground or UPS Ground. We will email you the tracking number once your purchase ships. (The delivery time for custom made items is usually 2-3 weeks.)
Please Notify Us before your purchase if you need your items in less than 10 days. We'll do our best to meet your request. There will be an additional charge for rush orders if Expedited Shipping Service is required.
If the item you order is out of stock, we will notify you asap and give you an approximate delivery date.
We are excited to offer DHL Express shipping to international destinations for speedy delivery times and low shipping rates! Delivery is usually 7-12 days. We have published shipping rates for Canada, Australia, Austria, Denmark, France, Netherlands, Sweden, Spain and the United Kingdom. For shipments to other counties, please email us for shipping rates.
International Customs Charges: All Buyers Outside the U.S. Please Note: Import Duties, Taxes and Customs Charges (Typically Collected Upon Pickup or Delivery) are the Buyer's Responsibility and are Not Included in the Item Price or Shipping Charges. Please Check with Your Country's Customs Office Prior To Purchase to Determine What These Additional Costs Will Be.

All International orders are final once shipped; any damages are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. International deliveries that are not accepted for any reason - including non-payment of customs and duties fees - will be returned to us and all of our expenses in shipping and returning the items as well as 50% of the purchase price will be deducted from the refund for the purchase.
Return Policy Guidelines
We know that the wedding planning process can be stressful. We would like to help you avoid returns. We are more than happy to help you choose accessories for your big day. We encourage you to email us pictures of your gown or other items being worn and we will be happy to help you pick out coordinating accessories. We kindly ask that our customers refrain from purchasing multiple items to decide which will work best, while planning to return the rest. We are not able to accommodate this type order.
Knowing that our brides want to receive merchandise that is brand new, not handled by others or worn, we do have restrictions on our returns. Some items are not returnable and all others have a time frame for returns.
We can not accept more than one return per buyer.
As soon as your order is delivered, please inspect your items carefully. Please email us within 24 hours of delivery if there are any problems. We want you to be completely happy with your order!
Replacing Damaged Items: We will quickly take care of any damaged items in your order. All pieces are inspected for quality at the time of shipping, but if a flaw has been missed or if damage to an item occurs during domestic shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery of the item. We will then gladly replace the defective or damaged item with the same style entirely at our expense. We will pay for your return shipping and will not charge you any fee. Items will not be refunded. Item must be received by us within 5 days of return approval. A digital picture of the damage will be requested to validate the claim.
After 24 hours of receipt, Affordable Elegance Bridal can not accept claims for damaged items.

Exceptions to Return Policy:

International purchases cannot be returned/exchanged. 2) We do not accept returns that are initiated within the same week of (within 7 days of) or after the date indicated as "date needed" or "Date of wedding or event" on the order.
3) Due to our large selection and low prices, only 1 return is allowed per buyer.
4) Affordable Elegance Bridal is not able to accommodate the purchase of multiple items in anticipation of returning them. (Such as purchasing 2 or more tiaras in anticipation of trying them on and returning one or more.) If more than one of the same type item is ordered, neither will be returnable. We will instead be happy to work with you to help you pick the best item for your special day.
5) Some items are not returnable.

Items received in soiled or used condition or without all their original packaging.

We begin processing your order as soon as it is placed. Therefore, no changes or cancellations can be made to your order once it is placed.

If a popular item is out of stock when you order it, Affordable Elegance Bridal will notify you by e-mail ASAP and will let you know when the item will be available. When contacted, you will have the option to wait until the item is available, choose another item, or be refunded for that item.
Affordable Elegance Bridal can not honor typographical errors in price. If we find that there is an error, we will contact the customer prior to processing the order.
